At Ashtanga Yoga Northampton, we teach old school Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, as it was handed down to him from his own teacher, the Father of modern Yoga, Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. Our yoga classes are welcoming, intelligent and appropriate for all students regardless of their ability or experience. Besides traditional Mysore Ashtanga classes, we offer Led (fully guided) Ashtanga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa style yoga classes as well.
