SCHEDULE

Dear Ashtanga Yoga Northampton Students,

We share your concerns about the growing pandemic. Our #1 wish as yoga practitioners is to alleviate harm and suffering, and with this goal, we implemented several safety protocols in the studio over the last week. But, it has become abundantly clear that alleviation of potential suffering, mitigating the spread of the disease, and decreasing the stresses on our local healthcare system, means staying in place, for now. Therefore, we are temporarily closing the studio, until April 1st.

As we enter a time period where we may be spending more time in our homes, we want folks who practice with us to continue to do their practice - but also know that we have come up with a way to help you!

We will be offering a virtual Ashtanga Yoga Northampton, with a limited schedule of LIVE online yoga classes, via the Zoom Meeting platform. If all goes according to plan, the virtual AYN will begin Monday 3/16 at 9am with Led Ashtanga plus Yoga Nidra with Michelle, registration details tba here - email us with any questions or suggestions.

"I always feel welcome at this studio. The level of pretentiousness is really low. The other students are there for the yoga and the teaching. No one at this studio will judge you, gawk at you or hit on you...Each student is appropriately physically and mentally challenged in class, which is an incredible feat. I'm almost afraid to give such a positive review because I don't want to share!"
- Emily C.
If you are serious about learning yoga, simply practice with us regularly - that's it. Read our practice tips before you begin, then come to any of our Mysore, Led Ashtanga or Yin classes.

New students may also register for one of our Intro to Mysore Courses - just $100 for four workshops plus four concurrent weeks unlimited yoga at AYN.
