Mysore class is a 2-3 hour practice session, where students may arrive and leave at their convenience, and do anywhere from one to two hours of practice. Beginners may arrive in the first hour of Mysore practice and expect their first class to last about an hour. Click here to learn how to start. Beginners may also attend any Led Ashtanga or Yin class. Please Note: Yin Yoga class size is limited to 15 students. Please arrive early to ensure a spot and props.
