We will have a combined book discussion/workshop on Sunday, November 11 from 12-2pm to talk about the informative and excellent book on women's health, Balance Your Hormones, Balance Your Life, by Dr. Claudia Welch, MSOM. and Michelle will give students instruction and demonstration of some of the daily Ayurvedic and pranayama techniques Dr. Welch describes, finishing with a highly relaxing Yoga Nidra session to close.
