Our daily Schedule of Yoga Classes are taught with wisdom and lightheartedness, most of them in the Krishnamarcharya Ashtanga tradition of Mysore, India. We are one of the few studios in Massachusetts that teaches traditional Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga, as it is taught in India. Mysore style Ashtanga address you as an individual, vs. part of a group. Our teachers provide one-on-one, non-competitive yoga, non-appropriative yoga instruction to people of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.
You don't need to be young, strong, fit or flexible to practice with us. Only a sincere desire and commitment to learn and practice yoga regularly is necessary.
