Our daily Schedule of Classes are taught with wisdom and lightheartedness. Our teachers provide one-on-one, non-appropriative asana and pranayama classes, special workshops & events, along with regular Indian source-text and yoga philosophy group-study series, to people of all ages, shapes and sizes in a welcoming and inclusive community. We teach as our teachers have taught us, and strive to authentically and compassionately follow the traditional methodology of Patanjali's Ashtanga (Eight-Limbed) Yoga path.
Only a sincere desire and commitment to learn and practice regularly is necessary to begin. Beginners should start in any Mysore session, or our Monday night led class or intro series. In Mysore, allow about 45 minutes for your first class. Arrive within the first half hour of any 2-3 hour Mysore session and get one-on-one instruction.
