Four Mondays ~ 7:15-8:15pm ~ July 10, 17, 24, 31
-Rigorous movement practice for strength and flexibility. -Breathing exercises to improve concentration and increase energy. -Guided deep relaxation to release deep inner tension.
-Attendees must commit to all four weeks of the program, as each class will build upon the next one. -Arrive 10-15minutes before the start of class. Mats are provided. -Wear comfortable, but not loose, clothes that you can move in. -Clean body with no scent/smell (i.e. no body odor, perfumes or colognes, no cigarettes.)
