In four Tuesday afternoon one-hour workshops, you'll work with AYN Ashtanga teacher Meghan McAuliffe to learn the sensible, unique and innovative Mysore Style of Ashtanga Yoga.
Over the four week course session, new students will steadily integrate the postures and basics - breathing, bandhas and drishti - of Ashtanga practice, so they feel comfortable and ready to join our regular Mysore community.
You'll get both group and individual training during the course, with emphasis on learning and memorizing the beginning sequences of Ashtanga postures. Space is limited to no more than 6 people per session to ensure individual attention, so please register early to save your space.
In addition to these weekly workshops, participants will get four weeks of unlimited yoga classes at AYN included with the course fee of $100.
That's over a month of daily opportunities to solidify what you've learned during the course and develop the excellent and beneficial habit of regular yoga practice, that brings health, vitality and calmness to body and soul.
