BERYL BENDER BIRCH
AT ASHTANGA YOGA NORTHAMPTON
Ashtanga Yoga Northampton is proud to welcome internationally renowned author and yoga teacher Beryl Bender Birch. Beryl's early encouragement and advancement of the principle of "service" as a means to finding happiness and self-realization were instrumental in helping create the mindset of service that is the focus of all the teachers of Ashtanga Yoga Northampton.
We are thrilled to have our beloved teacher come to share her lighthearted wisdom and compassionate teaching with us!
